Payment Information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or payment credentials. We receive a subscription status and customer ID from Stripe after successful payment.
Hero ERP uses AI language models to parse RFQ documents and generate quotes. When you submit an RFQ for AI processing, the document content is sent to our AI provider (OpenAI, via a Polsia proxy). We do not use your business data to train AI models. AI processing is done at your explicit request only — we do not auto-process your documents.

Hero ERP is a B2B platform intended for business use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us immediately.
